This project is a training course for 20 secretaries of the commissions of the Afghan Parliament. The training would be for three days a week. The seminar consists of two panels, each panel is 2 weeks.

This project is a training course for 20 secretaries of the commissions of the Afghan Parliament. The training would be for three days a week (Saturdays, Mondays, Wednesdays). The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung will invite three professionals, an Afghan (Mrs. Leila Jazayery, National Center for Policy Research) and two international experts Dr. Citha Maass (German Institute for International and Security Affairs), and Dr. Karl Fischer (retired Ambassador), to train the secretaries in note taking and preparation of reports of the commissions' sessions, as well as reporting on other issues. The KAF will organize this training in the Parliament, to make it as easy as possible for the secretaries to attend training sessions. The seminar consists of two panels, each panel is 2 weeks. First panel is taught by Dr. Maass, the second one gets implemented by Dr. Karl Fischer.
