Lecture at Macquarie University:"Germany's New Role in the World".

Continuing some of the foreign policy themes from the APRC in Perth, Prof. Joachim Krause delivered a lecture at Macquarie University in Sydney on the topic of "Germany's New Role in the World". On invitation of KAS and in cooperation with the Department of Security Studies, Prof. Krause eloquently outlined the historical developments and current trends in Germany's approach to foreign policy since 1945.

In another foreign policy roundtable following the Asia Pacific Regional Conference Professor Joachim Krause and Professor Brahma Chellaney discussed at the US Studies Centre at the University of Sydney how to navigate strategic uncertainty in the Info-Pacific, especially with an eye on the changing leadership role of the US in the region.
