Main objective of the seminar is to provide participants with the possibility to develop and improve their knowledge in conflict management and stress management within organizations. In addition we open network possibilities for the participants.

In 2018 Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Belarus together with its partners starts a new seminar series to improve personal skills of representatives of business, universities, think tanks and NGOs.

The main objective of this seminar is to provide participants with the possibility to develop and improve their personal skills in conflict management and stress management. In addition we open network possibilities amongst the participants.

Stress and Burnout are a real problem of efficiency

A person in a status of burnout is not very effective, cyclical, hysterical, slow, categorical... On average, more than 20% of the sick days in the workplace are associated with stress and burnout syndrome in one way or another. After the seminar you will be able to cope with your stress and burnout and to consequently raise your efficiency, as a maximum - you can take the necessary changes in your organization to prevent burnout of your colleagues.

Prevention of ‘acute angles’

You will learn to negotiate in such a way that would not cause ‘acute angles’. The seminar will consider both the different strategies for negotiating, depending on the goals, the personalities of the negotiation process, and the tools necessary for smooth drift during the conflict in the negotiations. The Harvard Conflict Resolution Method will also be considered. At first the participants will be tought to sort out how to conduct negotiations depending on the type of person's interlocutor, and then - they will go on to train various models of conflict prevention.

2. Ability to defend your position in different situations. Effective behavior in conflict

  • Analysis of own strengths and weaknesses in solving conflicts in difficult situations

3. Self-regulation and emotional stability

  • Managing emotions
  • Mechanisms of psychological protection
  • Energy technics
  • Controlling emotions
  • Prevention of emotional burnout

4. Stress-resistance

  • Sources of stress, professional burnout
  • Peculiarities of individual response to stress
  • Ways of self-regulation and withdrawal from stress
  • The formula of happiness

The training will be conducted by Tatyana Pan, certified business-trainer, couch, consulter, and psychologist. Tatyana took training courses in Kiev, Moscow, Vienna, Sofia and Prague. To the training spheres where she has many years’ professional experience inter alia belong Negotiating, Effective Communication, Conflict and Stress Management. Her clients’ portfolio contains companies Olimp, Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, Golden Staff, TeamLink, Medical Marketing Agency and others. Her training method is ‘Learning by Doing’. Thanks to her psychological education, Tatyana provides a flexible approach taking into account individual characteristic of the training’s participants. Besides of training activities Tatyana has her own successful experience in sales of goods and services and in negotiations.
