This report, the seventh in a series, presents recommendations for EU policy towards Belarus, tailored to the present day situation with human rights in the country, the details of which are provided in the second part of the report. Criteria of progress measurement and summary of the events during the entire Dialogue Period constitute Annex 1 and 2 to the report respectively.
