The director of the Shanghai office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Thomas Awe, will hold a lecture on “Globalization and Migration” during the German-Chinese Documentary Festival which is held from 27.11.-13.12.2009 in Shanghai.

The film festival is organized by the Department for Culture and Education of the German General Consulate in Shanghai and is broaching the issue of “Globalization-Migration-Home”.
The film forum engages in german-chinese exchange. The topics focus the decrease of population, the town-country gap, the rise and decline of economical structures, unemployment and migrant workers.
