The representative of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation/ Shanghai, Thomas Awe, will give lectures in front of the KAS- Sur-Place stipendiary and students of its partner organization Shanghai Institution of Foreign Trade (SIFT). Especially the self- and external-perception of the Chinese government will be brought into focus. Most notably the broadcasted “G2 discussion” could cause troubles in their perception within the multilateral dialogue.
