At the Chamber meeting of the German Chamber of Commerce in China-Shanghai Thomas Awe, director of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation/ Shanghai analyses the influence of decentralist political actions on the economic ascent of Chinas mega-cities - using the economic and socio-economic "laboratory" Shanghai and the field of work of the KAF in Shanghai and in Yangzi-delta as an example.
