MEP Elmar Brok meets Prof. Dr. Li Lin

The Director of the Law Institute of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences outlined the evolution of the Rule of Law in China in historical perspective from the beginning of the 20th century. Prof. Dr. Li explained that „the progress in the rule of law will have an impact on the development of democracy in China“.
