R. Kiesewetter MP, Speaker of the CDU/CSU faction in the Sub Committee for Disarmament, Arms Control, Non Proliferation
"Peace has become a preoccupation of the state and civil society alike", said the MP on a jointly foreign policy conference of KAS and CPIFA in Beijing. He reminded the audience of political disarmament and peace initiatives and international law contracts and evaluated their current relevance. He described specific German historical experience of peace and war as basis for the country's current policies. The speaker appreciated Chinese security policy initiatives in Asia. more…
