The rise of populism has become a topic increasingly spoken about, however its meaning and nature have often remained unclear.

In this panel discussion we will debate what the rise of populism in Europe means and what has allowed it to grow so much in recent years. What does the rise of populism in Europe tell us about the future and direction European democracy is heading to? We will also take a look at how the situation with populism is in Estonia and where it stands in the European context.
