Fourth SPJS Batch - Convocation ceremony
On May 16th 2012 the fourth batch of the Statesman Print Journalism School (SPJS) received their diplomas from veteran journalist Rajinder Puri.
Curriculum Panchayati Raj Institutions
Mani Shankar Aiyar, MP, put special emphasis on the role of the KAS, VYK and JSDP during the release of the training manual „Panchayati Raj Curriculum“ on 27.04.2012 in Delhi. The Curriculum is a valuable support for the rural people for a better understanding of their rights regarding the local self-government, he claimed.

1st Indo-German Strategic Forum on Building Global Security
The Foreign Secretary of India, H.E. Ranjan Mathai, inaugurated the 1st Indo-German Strategic Forum of KAS & IPCS on 16th April 2012 in Delhi. The German experts Col. Meyer zum Felde, Dr. Wagner and Prof. Dr. Masala discussed current foreign and security policy topics with the Indian counterparts.
