No Honorarium For Officials

Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS) promotes a transparent concept of Democracy, which excludes corruption. We thus do not pay any honorarium to Indonesian Members of national or regional Parliaments, officials or employees from Ministries or to judges or prosecutors for actively participating in our Conferences and Workshops. KAS is convinced that the provision of a platform for representatives from the political scene as well as from the civil society already is a value in itself. Through this, we contribute to more political accountability and transparency in Indonesia.
