Visit of EU Commissioner Carlos Moedas

Dr. Michael Borchard, KAS Israel Director, had the honor of introducing Mr. Carlos Moedas, The EU Commissioner for Research, Science and Innovation, as part of a special visit of the commissioner to the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
