Buddhism for Development (BfD)
Buddhism for Development (BfD) has been cooperating with KAF since 1994. BfD follows a development-oriented philosophy and works on re-establishing Buddhist values in the country. Aiming to improve living conditions and future possibilities of the Cambodian people, BfD is highly active with involvement in a diverse range of projects addressing social, educational and economic needs. Through workshops and trainings BfD provides political education and capacity building for the Cambodian people increasing awareness of their civil duties and rights. BfD supports the development of cooperatives and works on the diversity of agricultural production to combat poverty and maintain economic growth.

Club of Cambodian Journalists (CCJ)
The Club of Cambodian Journalists was founded in the year 2000 on initiative of KAF. It is the first independent journalist association in Cambodia. Training on a broad range of journalistic topics, the promotion of a professional journalistic ethic as well as capacity building in management and financial matters are provided to local journalists in order to strengthen the media and their role in a democratic Cambodia.

Department of Media & Communication (DMC)
The Department of Media and Communication at the Royal University of Phnom Penh started in 2001 as an initiative of KAF. It is the first academic institution for media professions in Cambodia, offering a 4 years BA study program. It is supported and managed by Cambodian and international media experts.
