A Case of Participatory Drafting at Commune Level

Waste is an inextricable and unavoidable component of societies. At the same time, it is one of the most pressing issues, cities have to deal with. That is why, this report describes a multi-stakeholder approach, which was used to develop a local regulation in the City of Battambang.
