Konrad Adenauer Foundation announces a local scholarships Sur-Place, issued for 5 months period To be a scholar of foundation you have to be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who is studying full-time at one of the universities in Kazakhstan and who passed selection procedure. The award of scholarships in the last year of study is possible in exceptional cases.
Together with the manager of the EXPO organization, Anuarbek Mussin, opportunities of a thematic cooperation in regard to renewable energies had been evaluated.
Together with Dr. Peter Hefele, the head of the KAS regional program for “Energy Security and Climate Change” in Asia, Thomas Helm, the resident representative of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in Kazakhsan, visited the company Astana Solar in the Kazakh capital on the 15th of February.
The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is a German political foundation. With its activities and projects, the foundation contributes actively towards international cooperation and understanding. The office of the KAS in Astana oversees projects in Kazakhstan.
