ICC summons “Ocampo Six” – End of impunity?

Last week, written summonses issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) have been delivered to the suspects of 2007/08 post-election vio-lence (PEV) in Kenya. In December 2010, ICC Prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo had made a request for summoning those personalities he believed to be most responsible for the committed crimes against humanity, widely known as the “Ocampo Six”.
