The Lithuanian and German Experts will discuss about examination of communist dictatorship in Eastern Europe as a task for Politics and Science in Europe.

Dr. Hubertus Knabe is Director of The Berlin Hohenschönhausen Memorial. He has published lots of studies on activities of former Ministry of State Security of GDR. He is also interested in researches on oppositional movements in the former Eastern bloc and in Eastern-German history after the Second World War.
