This is an annual national conference of indigenous peoples in Malaysia.
This year's conference is based on the theme:
"Together we celebrate the adoption of the United Nation Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) call for local implementation"
Based on this theme, groups of indigenous peoples of the Peninsula Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are gathering to discuss their rights and to work towards the implementation of UNDRIP.
Exhibitions by the indigenous groups will also be held in conjunction with the conference.
