From 11th until 14th of May in Ohrid and Skopje the Brain Drain Hackathon and Conference took place organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Association LEAD and the Wilfried Martens Center for European Studies.

During the first part from 11th until 13th of May, 28 persons from the Western Balkans countries had the possibilities to develop ideas and solutions for tackling the Brain Drain focusing in 4 key areas: Employment, Education, Civil and Human Rights and Quality of Life.

The measures and ideas were presented on an open conference in Skopje on 14th of May where the Minister for Education and Science Renata Deskoska had a keynote speech

The final document that will be produced will be shared with the Governments of all Western Balkan countries.
