CDU's Head of the Campaign Managers' Committee, Dr. Klaus Schüler, gave a speech during the E-lection Bridge Asia-Pacific conference in Seoul and reported on CDU's successful 2013 election campaigning. It is the second time for the chancellor's campaign manager to attend the conference for political communicators.
