On behalf of the project “Parliamentary Support Programme” initiated by the European Commission in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation in Namibia, the board met on Friday 13th March 2015 at the Namibian Parliament.

Together with government staff, representatives of the European Commission and members of the Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation Namibia and Angola, measures concerning transparency, political participation and education have been implemented. The Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation has worked on topics like the rule of law and democracy over the last years. Dr. Bernd Althusmann, Director of KAS Namibia/Angola, attended the meeting together with Mr. Justus Steinbrecher and Mr. Lukas Richthammer, both interns at the Foundation, and had the opportunity to visit the Parliament just a week before the festivities on 25 Years Namibian Independence.
