Hon. Dio Lamul funds two more Town Hall Meetings
Reduce the gap between politics and citizens. In Town Hall Meetings citizens meet their MP. Now Plateau State Member Hon. Dio Lamu gives thanks to KAS. He met with citizens of his constituency and felt the dialogue as so successful and constructive, that he promised to finance two more town hall meetings from his own pocket. We call this sustainable development and are very pleased about his initiative.
3. Leadership Lecture – Political Analysis and Strategies
What are Nigeria's prime problems? Supported by numerous discussions, the participants of this year's Leadership Lecture answered that question unanimously with poor governance. The event was with the graduation ceremony highlight of a one-year training that prepares future leaders for their challenges. ***Amendment: One of the guests of honor, Comrade Olaitan Oyerinde, has been politically assassinated a few days after the event.***

President Goodluck Jonathan visits Berlin from April 18 – 20. The Country Representative for Nigeria analyzes the present situation in Nigeria. One year after the election, internal conflicts have deepened and the number of bloody attacks is increasing. A peaceful end is not in sight.
