Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in collaboration with the National Orientation Agency is organizing a town hall meeting in Dutse, the capital of Jigawa State, in which electorates will have the opportunity to dialogue with their elected representatives.

Members of Jigawa State House of Assembly, local government caretaker committee, members of the executive arm as well as relevant state ministries, departments and agencies will meet with traditional and religious leaders, civil society organizations and security agencies to exchange ideas on issues of governance that affect them in Jigawa State, especially as 2019 elections are drawing near. This town hall meeting shall give elected officials the opportunity to give account of their activities in the past few years and discuss their ideas with citizens for the period after the elections.
