The Institute for Community Partnership, Bethlehem University in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung Ramallah held a graduation ceremony for the training course “Democracy in the Palestinian Institutions and the Electoral System” in 3 cities of: Ramadin, Karmah, and Surif south of Hebron. On October 27, 2011, the Israel/Palestine Center for Research and Information (IPCRI) in cooperation with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Ramallah held a conference on the Arab Spring, the regional developments since and the impact on Palestine and Israel at the Ambassador Hotel, Jerusalem.
