From 29 Sep to 03 Oct KAS conducted a special training course on the investigation and prosecution of extra-judicial killings in Cebu&Cagayan de Oro/ Philippines. KAS invited Professor Zhu, former prosecutor of ICTY/ICTR, and German prosecutor Juergen Assmann, legal consultant of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia, to give presentations on how investigation and prosecution are dealt in their home countries and in the various international tribunals they served at. more…
