KABLALAN Peace Monitor - October 2008
The KABLALAN Peace Monitor, a monthly newsletter publication of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) Coordinating Committees on the Cessation of Hostilities (CCCH) under the leadership of the International Monitoring Team (IMT), was launched in 2006. The newsletter aims to inform local communities on various peace-building activities and efforts in Mindanao, as well as monitors the progress in the on-going peace process.
