Immer wieder trifft man auf Vorbehalte, wenn es um die Allgemeingültigkeit der Menschenrechte geht. Hier soll das Konzept der Universalität, seine Tragweite und seine philosophischen Grundlagen im Einzelnen diskutiert werden.
