Implications for armed forces, politics and society

Climate change has multifold impacts on the security situation in South Asia. Increasing migration flows and competition for the access to dwindling resources are stressing political relations between countries of the SAARC region. Whilst these issues are rarely discussed in Europe, many decision makers in Asia are well aware of the manifold dimensions and impacts of topic.
