The upcoming conference is expected to draw participants from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and East Timor. In addition to participants and experts from within the region, speakers will include experts from U.S., U.K., Germany, Australia and elsewhere.
