Why there is generally such a strong interest for German law and the German legal culture in many countries of the world? The publication furthermore includes a illustration about the nature of the foundation’s work on the rule of law, focussing particularly on the areas of law KAS deals with in individual regions of the world, the goals it pursues and the manner of its approach. Finally, in addition to a selection of relevant publications, we present a number of selected partners with whom the foundation cooperates in the countries in which it is active.
