Protection of Human and Minority Rights

This target topic is about the promotion and strengthening of national and international human rights protection systems. Thus, of vital importance is the respect for the internationally acknowledged ban on discrimination. Its global consideration regarding all the minorities in the region, encompassing both ethnic minorities and other marginal groups of society, must be secured.
