The Short History of the Romanian Lustration Law

Selected Decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany - Jubilee Edition

Translation of relevant decisions of the German Constitutional Court into Albanian

In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the German Constitution (Grundgesetz) in 2009, the Rule of Law Program South East Europe of the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (RSP SOE) has translated essential decisions by the German Constitutional Court into several languages of the Western Balkans. The collection of decision opens with an introduction by Prof. Dr. Dres. h.c. Hans-Jürgen Papier, president of the German Constitutional Court. The director of the RSP SOE, Dr. iur. Stefanie Ricarda Roos, contributed a foreword as well. Volume I—the Albanian translation—was published at the end of April. more…
