The Chief Justices of Kenya, H.L. Justice Willie Mutunga, Uganda, H.L. Justice Benjamin Odoki, Tanzania, H.L. Justice Mohamed Chande Othman, Zanzibar, H.L. Justice Omar Othman Makungu and Justice Louis-Marie Mugenzi of the Supreme Court of Ruanda, accompanied by the Director of the KAS Rule of Law Programme for Sub-Sahara Africa Prof. Christian Roschmann paid a visit to Germany and Luxembourg from February 26 to March 3, 2012. The group visited important German and European Institutions such as the German Federal Constitutional Court, the European Court of Justice, the German Judgers Academy, the German Federal Ministry of Justice, Institutions in the State of Saarland and the KAS Head Office.
