The KAS Rule-of-Law Program for Sub Saharan Africa, partnering with the Kenya School of Law, conducted the third workshop on the implementation of the new Kenyan Constitution.

The KAS Rule-of-Law Program for Sub Saharan Africa, partnering with the Kenya School of Law, conducted the third workshop on the implementation of the new Kenyan Constitution in Nairobi, Kenya on 10 and 11th May 2012 targeting the Chief Executive Officers of the Kenyan parastatals (state corporations).
The theme of the workshop was Rule of Law and Governance in the New Constitutional Dispensation and Implications for State Corporations.
Leading scholars and practitioners in legal, governance and human rights sectors contributed to the topic of structuring the Kenyan public service and related services in accordance with the provisions of the new constitutional dispensation with particular emphasis on the quality of service delivery vis-à-vis the public expectations, the bill of rights, the rule of law as well as leadership and integrity issues.
