KAS’ Rule of Law Program for Sub Saharan Africa in collaboration with the Faculty of Law of the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa will hold two consecutive conferences, one on ‘Climate Change and Governance’ and another on ‘Climate Change, Legal Responses and Global Responsibility’ in Stellenbosch South Africa from 25th to 28th September 2012.
The conferences are expected to deliberate on the effects and the legal aspects of climate change on governance in Africa and other pertinent issues.
The participants will comprise of mainly the experts on international environmental law drawn from various African countries.
