Impressions from the „Falling Walls Lab 2018“!

Our dear colleagues of the DAAD (German Service for Academic Exchanges) screened a really cool video clip which gives you the opportunity to have an insight into the “Lab” which took place this summer. The “Falling Walls Lab” is an annual event which is supported by the KAS. It gives young talented people the opportunity to show their ideas to a wider public through an open contest. David McAllister checks the current state of reforms

In another visit to Serbia in order to obtain the newest information about the state of current ongoing reforms and EU accession policies David McAllister, head of the European Parliament Committee on Foreign Affairs met with president Vučić, prime minister Brnabić and the minister for European Integration Joksimović. Among the topics were the progress in reforms, new chapters of the EU accession plan and the dialogue Belgrade-Priština. Subsequently McAllister continued to Kosovo.

Recently held: 4th Regional Conference

“MOVE.LINK.ENGAGE. THE ENLARGEMENT: A BRAND OLD STORY”

The 4th edition of the regional conference “MOVE.LINK.ENGAGE.” was held on 13th – 14th of September in the hotel Zira in Belgrad. More than 170 participants along with representatives of the civic, public and business sector came together. The conference was organized by the Belgrade Open School and the Serbian government with support of the embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden, the Foundation Konrad Adenauer, the Rockefeller Foundation and the "Europe for Citizens" Program of the European Union. more…
