The Capacity Building Programme


The Belgrade Open School (BOS), Konrad- Adenauer-Foundation and Eduardo Frei Foundation organized the seventh Regional Democratic School for representatives of political parties in Srebrno jezero, Serbia. The School put together 20 representatives of the youth branches of the KAS partner political parties from the Western Balkans region.The project enclosed the organization and realization of the Regional School that was held in Srebrno jezero and lasted for 5 days, from August 22nd – 26th 2013.

13 years after the Kosovo War, the conflict between Belgrade and Priština has re-ignited due to clashes over the control of border crossings and territory. But this time the conflict has not spiralled into violence, largely thanks to the EU’s South East Europe integration process.
