The Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Announces the KAS Energy Security Fellowship
The Fellowship is to be hosted at the European Centre for Energy and Resource Security (EUCERS) at King's College London. It will fund a research stay of 12-months for a European Union (EU) resident research fellow starting in September 2012.

Heiße Phase des Wahlkampfes in Spanien eingeläutet: Ministerpräsident Zapatero und Oppositionsführer Rajoy eröffnen offiziell den Wahlkampf
Am 27.5. finden in 13 Regionen Regional- und in ganz Spanien Kommunalwahlen statt. Insgesamt stehen 65,347 Stadträte, 8,111 Bürgermeister und 812 regionale Abgeordnete zur Wahl an. 35 Mio. Spanier sind wahlberechtigt. Zapatero eröffnete den Wahlkampf mit Ankündigungen, den Mindestlohn von derzeit monatlich 570€ auf 600€ zu erhöhen. PP-Chef Rajoy begann den Wahlkampf in seiner Heimat Galicien. Er bittet, alle, die Zapateros Politik nicht verstehen, um ihr Vertrauen und ihre Stimme.
