SOC aims at coordinating and improving the administrative work of the government. The cooperation between KAS and SOC focuses on the strengthening of SOC as a service and information provider as well as a center for strategic planning for the Cabinet.

Secretariat of the National Assembly (SNA)
The cooperation between KAS and SNA aims at the improvement of administrative services for the House of Representatives. In addition, it spreads knowledge of the role and function of Parliament and encourages the participation of the people in the democratic process. One especially successful project of the KAS and SNA is a country-wide competition on democracy strengthening in high schools. The number of participants yearly exceeds 1,000 students.

Secretariat of the Senate (SOS)
SOS is affiliated with the National Assembly but acts as an independent agency. It is mainly responsible for the administration and coordination of the work of the Senate as well as the relationship between the Senate and other institutions. SOS also implements studies to improve the internal organisation of the Senate and to be better ale to support it. Furthermore it expands public knowledge on the parlamentary democratic system. Since 2001 KAS and SOS have commonly organised seminars and workshops as well as promoted an exchange of German and Thai professionals of the legislative.

Office of the Administrative Courts (OAC)
OAC coordinates the administrative and judicial cooperation among the Administrative Courts as well as with the central Court of Appeal. KAS and OAC have implemented common measures to reform and strengthen administrative laws and their enforcement to meet international standards.

Office of the Constitutional Court (OCC)
The Constitutional Court is one of the most powerful institutions in Thailand. KAS cooperates with its administrative agency. OCC ever since the latter’s establishment in 1998. The cooperation focuses on the analysis of laws and verdicts, implementing seminars and workshops as wells as issuing publications.

Supreme Court, Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions (SCP)
The Criminal Division for Persons Holding Political Positions pursues perpetrators holding political offices for charges such as embezzlement and corruption. Since 2002 the agency cooperates with KAS in providing Thai legal decision makers with further education and promoting the exchange of experiences with German legal experts.

Office of the Ombudsman of Thailand (OBM)
The main responsibilities of the OBM are monitoring the performance of governmental administration as well as acting as arbiter in disagreements between citizens and governmental administration. Furthermore, OBM drafts reform proposals for the House of Representatives and the Senate as well as strategy plans to increasingly involve the people in the democratic process.

Sawasdee Thai Foundation (STF)
STF is an independent NGO affiliated with Bangkok University. It focuses on social development, education and environmental issues, working closely with local administrations. STF is monitored by the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Education. It has been an important project partner for KAS since 1999. It is one of the few NGOs which are widely accepted in Southern Thailand. In response to the Southern conflict, KAS and STF have implemented numerous seminars primarily in the fields of education and administration.
Chulalongkorn University
Chulalongkorn University is the oldest and one of the most prestigious universities of Thailand. In cooperation with Chulalongkorn University, KAS organises political seminars and workshops.
