During the seminar co-organised by KAS and Secretariat of the Senate on 15 November in Chiang Rai Province, the President of the Senate, KAS Representative, and Minister of Transportation met over 100 local people from different northern provinces and discussed about infrastructure project that the government planned to launch next year.
