In the 21st century research, innovation and creativity are key elements for countries without crucial resources in order to secure their prosperity as well as a comfortable lifestyle. The panel, hosted and organized by the government office of the Czech Republic and the KAS dealt with the question on how to effectively implement science and research policies. The focus of the panel is on creating an institutionalized dialogue between the state, businesses and science.
