IIPS and Konrad Adenauer Stiftung jointly release a publication “Single European Currency – the Realization of the Economic and Monetary Union in the EU“. The Author of the publication is Zdeněk Sychra, an assistant professor at the Desk of International Relations, Faculty of Social Sciences at the Masaryk University. The concept of the economic and monetary union is being looked at predominantly from a political perspective. The EMU is understood as an inseparable part of the process of the European integration and is being put in the context of the general functioning of the EU.
