Peter Beyer, Member of the German Bundestag, will meet with elected officials, business representatives and economic policy experts to discuss economic and trade issues that affect the transatlantic relationship.

As the coordinator for U.S. affairs of the governing CDU/CSU parliamentary group, Peter Beyer will bring a unique perspective to discussions in the United States. He is a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee and coordinator for the western Balkans. In addition, he is a deputy member of the Subcommittee on Disarmament, Arms Control and Non-Proliferation; UN Subcommittee; and Committee on Legal Affairs.
With his deep interest in economic and trade issues, Mr. Beyer will engage with elected officials, the academic community, business representatives and policy experts in Norfolk, Virginia; Richmond, Virginia; and Washington, DC.
