It takes place at 22nd and 23rd October in Budva, Montenegro. This year the media professionals will discuss about interfaces between traditional and new media, journalism and blogging, about the role of social networks and the future of media in the digital era.
The biggest media conference in South East Europe is again giving floor for a professional debate about innovative ideas in the digital media world, but also about the challenges and risks, which web 2.0 brings along. Traditionally the forum also gives floor to a panel discussion about media situation in the host country – this year it’s Montenegro.
The SEEMF is organized by KAS Media Program South East Europe, South East Europe Media Organisation and Central European Initiative with the support of OSCE Serbia and Montenegro and the Montenegrin newspaper Vijesti.
In previous years the SEEMF took place in Belgrade, Budapest, Tirana, Sofia and Zagreb.
