Details

The discussion on a reorientation of EU cohesion policy will accelerate in the near future, not least due to the British withdrawal from the EU (Brexit). The European Commission presented its seventh report on cohesion policy in September, focusing on the importance of digitization, demographic development and infrastructure. The Parliamentary Breakfast wants to discuss these and other important issues, especially with regard to rural areas, which in many ways face special challenges.
