The Secretary Generals of the Arab countries, with the participation of some of their peers from countries of the European Union, will discuss current challenges of parliamentary administration, use of advanced technologies, existing obstacles to the law-making process and ways to overcome them. Insights shall be gained by sharing knowledge and experience, highlighting best-practice examples, and by providing a forum for the exchange of expertise among peers.
