Proposals of the European Commission for the reform of the Monetary Union and the perspective of the non-euro states

The speeches of Emmanuel Macron and Jean-Claude Juncker as well as the Reflection Paper of the European Commission on the reform of the Economic and Monetary Union (EMU) discuss far-reaching proposals for the future of the Eurozone. The EU member states that do not belong to the eurozone are not only expecting positive results from the currently debated reforms of the EMU. The following paper illustrated the propsals of the European Commission reflection paper from a perspective of the non-eurp states from Central and Eastern Europe.
