Both publications are authored by Denis Preshova, who is collaborator of IDSCS. Expert commentaries to the publications were given by Ms. Mirjana Lazarovska-Trajkovska, former judge at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

The first analysis focuses on the independence of judiciary and pinpoints the weaknesses of the strategy and maintenance of the current models for protection of the independence of the judiciary through short analysis of three aspects of judicial reforms.

The second covers focuses on the constitutional court in Macedonia focusing on the potential positive impact that this court have on the judiciary seen through the prism of the abovementioned reforms.
