Radio B92 is one of the most prominent and well-known radio stations in the country. The station originally went on air in 1989 with financial help from the Soros Foundation and USAID and it was shut down a few times in its early years by authorities. Today, it is one of the most influential and most popular stations in the country.

Radio Belgrade started broadcasting programme in 1929. Today, it is a part of public and national broadcaster of Serbia. The main goal of Radio Belgrade 1 is to provide comprehensive news and current affairs programme to the public, but radio station also offers entertainment and culture shows.

Radio S is the most popular radio station in the country. It was established in 1993 and since the beginning has been conceived as a music station which broadcasts pop, rock and pop hits with short informational segments. It obtained a national frequency in 2006.
